Report a correction
This site is used for purchasing and compliance decisions. If something here is wrong, we would rather know.
This site publishes technical, regulatory and pricing information that people use to make purchasing and compliance decisions. Getting it wrong has consequences, so corrections are taken seriously and made quickly.
Our commitments
- We correct errors without argument and without requiring you to justify why you are asking.
- You do not need to be a customer, a supplier or anyone in particular to report one.
- Substantive corrections to technical or regulatory content are made as a priority.
- Where a correction materially changes the meaning of a page, we say so on the page.
- We would rather receive ten reports that turn out to be fine than miss one that was not.
Reporting something
Useful reports include:
- The page — a URL is ideal.
- What is wrong — quote the sentence if you can.
- What it should say, if you know.
- A source, if you have one. Not required, but it speeds things up considerably.

Directory entries
If you are a listed supplier and your entry is inaccurate or you want it removed, say so and it will be actioned. You do not need to explain why. See list your company.
Prices
Price figures on this site are producer postings with their source and date attached. If a figure is out of date, that is a maintenance issue rather than an error — but tell us anyway, because a stale price is worse than no price.
