This website is operated by Livetech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 09335110, registered office 16 Trinity Square, Llandudno, LL30 2RB. Livetech Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

What we collect and why

Retention
- Enquiry correspondence — kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Directory listing details — kept for as long as the listing is published, and deleted within 3 months of its removal.
- Correction reports — kept for 12 months, so that we have a record of what was changed and why.
- Analytics data — retained according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics configuration.
- Server logs — retained for the period operated by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
Sharing
We use the following processors, who handle data on our instructions:
- Our hosting provider, which operates the servers this site runs on and generates server logs.
- Our email provider, through which enquiry correspondence is received and stored.
- Google, as the provider of Google Analytics 4, where you have consented to analytics cookies.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share enquiry details with suppliers listed in the directory unless you have specifically asked us to introduce you.
Analytics and your choices
Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. You can decline, and you can change your mind later — see the cookie notice for how. Google also publishes a browser add-on that prevents Google Analytics collecting data on any site.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased in certain circumstances, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these, contact [email protected].
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
